Grumman A6B-Prowler with the VAQ133 Electronic Attack Squadron taxis out to the runway prior to launch at Al Asad Airfield, Iraq, 29 April 2010.  The Navy land-based squadron is one of three currently flying the A6B-Prowler with AF EWOs.  The joint warfighters are conducting aerial overwatch operations for convoys at Al Asad.  The AF officers are assigned to the 366th Fighter Wing at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho, and work with their counterparts at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, Washington, in the 388th Electronic Combat Squadron.

North American P-51B Mustang (Serial No. 43-24837), "Berlin Express", painted as an aircraft flown by USAAF Capt Bill Overstreet of the 357th FG.  Reg. No. N515ZB.  Max Chapman.  The original Berlin Express was flown by William Bill Overstreet of the 363rd Fighter, Squadron, 357th Fighter Group, USAAF.  Bill is reported to have been in hot pursuit of a Messerschmitt Bf 109G a few weeks before D-Day when both fighters flew under the arches of the Eiffel Tower in Paris.  Bill managed to shoot the Bf 109G down.  (Bill passed away in Dec 2013 at the age of 92).
