North American NA-64 Yale (Serial No. 64-2166), Reg. No. N314BT, Richard Epton, restoration project.  Ex-RCAF.  Built at Inglewood, California, this aircraft was part of a large 1939 order for the French Air Force.  Before it could be delivered, France fell, and it was allocated instead to the RCAF.  It is likely to be back in the air soon.
